SHIPPING

Our garments are shipped mostly via USPS.

Bridal gowns may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Please note Alvera is not responsible for any lost/damaged items/packages.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Alvera does not accept returns/exchanges. Once an order is placed the order, unfortunately, can not be canceled.

If your order is made-to-order no changes can be made.

If you purchase a ready-to-wear item and select the wrong size/color please email us within 24 hours so that the correct size/color can be shipped. If 24 hours have passed unfortunately no changes will be able to be made once the product has shipped.

COUTURE ORDER POLICY

We understand you may have inspirational photos and we encourage you to share them with us, however, 

Alvera does not replicate any other designer's work.
